Our Mission

At Blue Mountain Loans, our mission is to provide accessible financial solutions to individuals who may not qualify for traditional bank loans. We believe everyone deserves a fair chance at obtaining credit when they need it most.

We are committed to transparency in all our dealings. Unlike many lenders, we clearly disclose all costs upfront, warn customers about the high cost of borrowing, and encourage them to explore lower-cost alternatives first.

While we provide short-term installment loans with high APR, we do so with a commitment to responsible lending practices, complete transparency, and excellent customer service.

ðŸŠķ Tribal Lending Heritage

Proud to be part of the Kashia Band of Pomo Indians economic development

About Our Tribal Affiliation

Blue Mountain Loans is a brand of Loan Spot, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kashia Services. What is Tribal Lending?

As a tribal lender, we operate under tribal and federal law, which provides a different regulatory framework than state-chartered banks or lenders. Here's what this means:

  • Regulatory Oversight: Loan Spot is licensed by the Kashia Lending Commission and its operations are subject to federal and tribal consumer financial protection laws
  • Consumer Protections: While we operate under tribal law, we are committed to fair lending practices and treating all customers with respect and transparency
